At StyleTeen, our goal is to provide “Style for Next Generation.” We want you to be totally happy with your new look. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t fit right, or you might change your mind. That is okay!
Here is how our return process works.
How Long You Have to Return
You have [Insert Number, e.g., 30] days after receiving your item to request a return. If [30] days have passed since your order arrived, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it.
- It must be unworn and unused.
- It must be unwashed.
- It must have the original tags still attached.
- It must be in the original packaging.
If the item looks used, stained, or damaged by you, we will not be able to give you a refund.
If You Received the Wrong Product or a Damaged Item
We take great care in packing your “Original Product” orders, but mistakes can happen.
If you received the wrong product (something you didn’t order) or if the item arrived damaged/defective, please contact us immediately!
- We cover the cost: If the mistake is ours (wrong item or damaged), we will pay for the return shipping.
- What to do: Email us right away with your order number and a photo of the wrong or damaged item. We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned. Please check this list before you buy:
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software or digital products.
- Personal care items or intimates (for hygiene reasons).
- Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items or “clearance” items are final sale.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please follow these easy steps:
- Email Us: Send an email to help@styleteen.shop with the subject line “Return Request.”
- Include Details: Tell us your Order Number and the reason why you want to return the item.
- Wait for Approval: We will review your request. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Ship It: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping Costs
- For Change of Mind: If you are returning an item simply because you changed your mind or chose the wrong size, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- For Our Errors: As mentioned above, if the return is because of our error (wrong or damaged product), we will pay for the shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or rejected based on the condition of the item.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time (usually 5-10 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item (for example, a different size), send us an email at help@syleteen.shop
